please dont use the leg extension machine.  its useless and bad for the knees. please squat.  do it and you will reap the gains of hard work.  i see many noobs doin extensions thinking they r exercising when all there doin is stressing kneecaps and joints. dont do it again.

another tip for beginners at the gym

ok.  so on the days you feel horrible, maybe sick even  stay home and rest.  dont kill yourself if your not feeling up to it.  you didnt get out of shape in 2 weeks so you will not get into shape in 2 weeks.  be patient and listen to your body.....later

another tip for noobs and beginners squats rule

you wake up at 6am and by 11am your feeling blah.  Little bit sore.  Little bit sluggish.  On this day still go and workout but do a little bit less.  Allow yourself to recover but still get in a decent workout.  Remember to listen to your body...and as always eat protein to help with recovery....example..i felt ill on wednesday so i did as much as i could and didnt go nuts.  did some benches and chest/tris.  less than an hour and i was gone.

a tip for your workouts bench press abs stronger everyday

a simple tip for beginners at the gym..  When yu feel great and the workout is strong and almost too easy, try doing a little more that day.  Listen to your body and it will tell you what it can do that day.  Remember to fuel up and get ur protein after the workout.  Thats all for now.. Be Well.
