another tip for noobs and beginners squats rule

you wake up at 6am and by 11am your feeling blah.  Little bit sore.  Little bit sluggish.  On this day still go and workout but do a little bit less.  Allow yourself to recover but still get in a decent workout.  Remember to listen to your body...and as always eat protein to help with recovery....example..i felt ill on wednesday so i did as much as i could and didnt go nuts.  did some benches and chest/tris.  less than an hour and i was gone.
