another tip for beginners at the gym
ok. so on the days you feel horrible, maybe sick even stay home and rest. dont kill yourself if your not feeling up to it. you didnt get out of shape in 2 weeks so you will not get into shape in 2 weeks. be patient and listen to your body.....later
